About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly on strategic initiatives and growth projects as part of the core team
Build and optimize scalable processes, workflows, and internal structures
Analyze markets and competitors and support the creation of pitch decks and sales and marketing materials
Further develop the service portfolio and actively help shape new initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and positioning
Create, structure, and coordinate internal and external communications
Take ownership of smaller projects and work closely with partners and client teams
Work closely with the founders to build and scale the consulting firm

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying business, communications, technology, or a comparable subject
Ideally, you have gained initial experience through internships, part-time jobs, or projects in a startup, consulting, or sales environment
You have an understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential applications
You are highly proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
You work independently and in a structured manner, with a solution-oriented mindset
You are quick to familiarize yourself with new topics
You have professional fluency in written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
A compelling digital application in PDF format, ideally including your CV, proof of enrollment, and academic transcripts or certificates
