About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide input to improve well services operations, tool calibration and maintenance, safety procedures, warehousing, and document management
  • Participate in developing quality standards for Integrated Well Services (IWS)
  • Perform testing and logging of assigned wells, including CIC, DHV, XY Caliper, PTS, air-compression stimulation, well quenching, WHR, and discharge testing
  • Operate, drive, calibrate, and maintain IWS equipment, tools, vehicles, generators, gauges, data loggers, and transmitters
  • Prepare and verify tools and equipment for operations and coordinate third-party testing and calibration
  • Lead and coordinate site inspections, preparations, and setup
  • Organize operational requirements, checklists, and travel routes for equipment mobilization across EDC sites
  • Plan, organize, monitor, and support assigned well services activities
  • Evaluate equipment issues and recommend mitigations and solutions
  • Assist the Well Services Engineer with preparation for well services activities
  • Update the immediate superior on activity status
  • Review well test and wireline data and analyze anomalies before submission to the Well Services Engineer
  • Provide manpower support and technical assistance to other groups
  • Evaluate third-party service providers when needed
  • Collect and record data and provide information for reports
  • Maintain accurate safety-document records
  • Prepare mobilization and equipment-transfer documentation, including JMP and STW
  • Manage inventories and ensure availability of spare parts, materials, and supplies
  • Plan and manage resource utilization
  • Prepare CMMS and Kiss Flow requests and maintain activity records
  • Receive, inspect, and label deliveries
  • Evaluate and recommend technical specifications for purchased tools and equipment
  • Complete accomplishment reports and participate in performance discussions
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Protect personnel, equipment, stakeholders, communities, and the environment under company safety, health, and environmental policies
  • Enforce safety protocols and issue stop-work orders for hazardous conditions
  • Secure PTW/STW and prepare JMP, JHA, and job risk-assessment documentation
  • Act as Nominated Supervisor under the EBSI Permitting system
  • Establish safety requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and verify hazard controls before work
  • Oversee Competent Persons and ensure safe execution, hazard management, and ongoing competency
