About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with the Asset Manager to review energy usage and strategies for client accounts
  • Work with owner’s staff on operations and maintenance (O&M) and energy usage of facilities
  • Work with facility operators, subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure efficient facility operations
  • Attend ongoing training of Facility Operators
  • Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual
  • Assist the EPC team with coordination of ECM implementation with the O&M team
  • Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with remote support services
  • Review daily facility energy usage and provide best-practice guidance and operational modifications
  • Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Willingness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
  • 5-10% travel to job site(s)/office location
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering (preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience (preferred)
