Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of design experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Expert knowledge of mechanical system design and applications
  • Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Advanced communication and client management skills
  • Ability to travel 10–25% of the time to job sites
  • Ability to perform office and field work, including stairs, ladders, ramps, scaffolding, loud environments, temperature extremes, elevated locations, repetitive hand motions, and moving objects up to 20 pounds
