About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all aspects of implementation for a Delivery Project or portion of an IS Delivery Project
  • Manage project financial aspects, subcontractors, vendors, client relationships, and safe, quality outcomes
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, toolbox talks, and site walks
  • Serve as the key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President regarding project scope, code, and project requirements
  • Manage project budgets and contract delivery types, including GMP, Lump Sum, and Concession Agreements
  • Manage contract requirements including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs, and energy savings requirements
  • Set up and oversee Procore for change management and document control procedures
  • Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Lead project handoff from Development and establish project goals, parameters, and client expectations
  • Oversee site utilization and baseline schedule plans, including safety, access control, cleanliness, and energy savings milestones
  • Ensure accurate monthly project reports and cost reviews using job management and accounting platforms
  • Implement project-specific quality assurance plans and documentation
  • Maintain and execute change management processes for RFIs, drawing revisions, and client directives
  • Create and distribute agendas and meeting minutes
  • Manage risk mitigation plans with project leadership
  • Collaborate with leaders across all divisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Participate in industry organizations and community involvement
  • Manage and develop Project Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills and willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships
  • Ability to multitask and perform additional duties as necessary
  • Travel 40–60% of the time to job sites/office locations
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to remain standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Ability to adjust and/or move objects up to 20 pounds
