About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of implementation for a Delivery Project or portion of an IS Delivery Project
Manage project financial aspects, subcontractors, vendors, client relationships, and safe, quality outcomes
Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, toolbox talks, and site walks
Serve as key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President to ensure scope, code, and project requirements are met
Manage project budgets and contract delivery types, including GMP, Lump Sum, and Concession Agreement
Manage contract requirements including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs, and energy savings requirements
Set up and oversee Procore for change management and document control
Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts
Lead development hand-off meetings and establish project goals, parameters, and client expectations
Oversee site utilization and baseline schedule plans, including safety, access control, cleanliness, and energy savings milestones
Ensure timely monthly project reports and cost reviews
Implement project-specific quality assurance plans and documentation
Maintain and execute change management processes for RFIs, drawing revisions, and client directives
Create and distribute agendas and meeting minutes
Manage risk mitigation plans
Collaborate with leadership across all divisions
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Participate in industry organizations and community opportunities
Manage and develop Project Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience
8+ years of experience
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Leadership skills and willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships
Ability to multitask and perform additional duties as necessary
Ability to travel 40–60% of the time to job sites/offices
Ability to climb stairs
Ability to remain standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands and/or fingers
Ability to adjust and/or move objects up to 20 pounds
