About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, maintain, and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future workforce needs
  • Identify, research, and engage candidates using Boolean and X-ray searches, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and digital sourcing tools
  • Analyze labor market trends, competitor insights, and candidate expectations to inform recruiting strategies
  • Advise Corporate Recruiters and hiring leaders on talent availability, competitive landscapes, and attraction challenges
  • Use data, market insights, and campaign performance metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes
  • Develop qualified candidate pipelines, coordinate outreach, assist with interview scheduling, job postings, and recruiting activities
  • Maintain sourcing databases and talent communities with accurate candidate engagement and readiness information
  • Re-engage past applicants and passive candidates regarding opportunities, referral programs, and talent community initiatives
  • Rapidly deploy to high-urgency, executive-visible, or hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned SWAT roles from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify priorities, timelines, and success profiles
  • Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and risk assessment during critical searches
  • Provide updates on pipeline readiness, candidate availability, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in the ATS/CRM
  • Ensure a high-touch, inclusive, and brand-positive candidate experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a similar field
  • 6+ years of work experience in talent sourcing, corporate recruiting, or a related HR function
  • Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Experience filling high-priority, niche, or hard-to-fill roles under tight timelines
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and remain effective in fast-changing environments
  • Experience using ATS and CRM systems to manage pipelines and candidate relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent networking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
  • Preferred: Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors
  • 25% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Ability to adjust and/or move objects up to 20 pounds
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States, as indicated by participation in the e-Verify program
