About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with university partners, faculty, career services teams, and student organizations
  • Serve as a primary contact for students seeking internship and early career opportunities
  • Coordinate and attend university recruiting events, campus programs, networking events, information sessions, and career fairs
  • Support university partnership initiatives, including the 360 Promise Program and Tulane University partnerships
  • Research universities to identify partnership opportunities
  • Facilitate mock interviews, career readiness activities, and student engagement initiatives
  • Source and attract candidates for internship and entry-level positions
  • Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications
  • Conduct phone screenings and recommend candidates to hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers during selection
  • Post internship and entry-level requisitions across recruiting platforms
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute campus and professional recruiting events
  • Manage career fair and networking event participation and logistics
  • Coordinate promotional materials, shipping, giveaways, inventory, and vendor communication
  • Attend events at universities, conferences, and industry networking functions
  • Conduct post-event follow-up, resume processing, and event reporting
  • Evaluate event effectiveness through expense reviews, return-on-investment analysis, and program assessment
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines and recruiting campaigns in the CRM system
  • Upload and organize candidate information
  • Manage recruiting content on university landing pages and career platforms
  • Maintain candidate and university partnership tracking reports
  • Monitor and maintain Handshake and other recruiting platforms
  • Track recruiting activities, candidate engagement metrics, and partnership outcomes
  • Coordinate talent initiatives, student programs, and workforce development partnerships
  • Support talent development events, tours, receptions, and outreach programs
  • Develop employer branding content for internal and external platforms, including WorkVivo
  • Create and update recruiting calendars, promotional materials, and communication campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field required
  • Four years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum two years of experience in recruiting, university relations, candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, event coordination, or related field
  • Experience may run concurrently
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and recruiting tools
  • Ability to travel to recruiting events, career fairs, universities, and industry networking functions as needed
  • Experience building relationships with students, universities, and external organizations preferred
  • 0–15% travel required
  • Ability to perform the listed physical activities and light work involving objects up to 20 pounds
