About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and lead small- and medium-sized IT projects from planning through closure
Prepare and maintain schedules, action plans, and activity trackers
Monitor deadlines, costs, and deliverables, escalating deviations to management
Organize status meetings and Agile ceremonies
Document project risks, outstanding items, and lessons learned
Prepare progress reports and presentations
Monitor deliverables from suppliers involved in the projects
Support change documentation and the transition of deliverables to operations
Support the organization of evidence and documentation for audits
Follow internal IT policies and procedures throughout project execution
Lead IT projects by supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables, while engaging with the department’s governance processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in IT projects
Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, monday.com, or similar)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with presentation tools
Basic knowledge of ITIL, particularly change management
Basic knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and information security
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments
Preferred: experience participating in internal or external audits
Preferred: knowledge of Power BI or dashboard tools
Preferred: basic knowledge of COBIT or risk management
Preferred: certifications in project management, Agile, or ITIL (CAPM, PSM I, ITIL Foundation)
Preferred: intermediate English proficiency
