About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the configuration, maintenance, and technical optimization of service tools
- Actively contribute to process mapping and translating business requirements into automated, efficient workflows
- Advise business departments on transitioning and digitizing day-to-day workflows
- Support the integration of REST API connections
- Make minor frontend adjustments using HTML, CSS, or Liquid
- Independently identify optimization opportunities in IT and business processes
- Enhance the global user experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled for at least one more year as a student in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable IT-related degree program, with a strong affinity for processes
- Initial practical experience or a theoretical foundation in process modeling, e.g., BPMN or EPC
- Interest in ITIL frameworks and agile ways of working
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or API programming with JSON and REST is a plus
- Analytical thinking
- Clear communication
- Reliable, structured, and independent way of working
- Very good German and English skills
