About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design UX/UI for web and mobile products
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Translate business and user requirements into clear design solutions
- Work with design systems and maintain interface consistency
- Create and maintain components, variants, styles, and auto-layout in Figma
- Conduct basic UX analysis and research, and propose improvements to existing solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other team members
- Present and justify design solutions
- Incorporate feedback and rapidly iterate on designs
- Prepare mockups and specifications for developer handoff
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and user-centered design
- Understanding of responsive design and the specifics of web and mobile interfaces
- Experience working with components and design systems
- Ability to create logical and consistent user flows
- Understanding of basic accessibility and usability principles
- Attention to detail and a strong visual sense
- Ability to independently handle design tasks from initial brief to final solution
- Ability to accept feedback and work effectively within a team
- English - Upper intermediate
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development principles (plus)
- Experience with AI-powered design tools (content generation, image generation, process optimization, etc.) (plus)
