About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning
- Monitor revenue, OPEX, EBITDA, and cash flow against budget and forecast
- Lead periodic financial reporting, variance analysis, and management insights
- Oversee revenue reconciliation, billing accuracy, and collection discrepancies
- Establish financial controls and ensure timely resolution of material variances
- Oversee local accounting providers, financial reporting, and financial processes across international SPVs
- Monitor payables, receivables, cash positions, and financial obligations
- Coordinate with Corporate Finance while maintaining clear functional boundaries
- Oversee financial models, scenario analysis, and business-case evaluations
- Provide financial insights supporting operational and commercial decisions
- Lead and develop the Operations Finance team
- Collaborate with Asset Management, Commercial, and Corporate Finance
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of financial processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - mandatory
- 8+ years of relevant financial experience, including management experience - mandatory
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial control, and management reporting - mandatory
- Experience managing professional teams and working with senior management - mandatory
- High level of English proficiency - mandatory
- MBA or relevant advanced degree - significant advantage
- CPA qualification - significant advantage
- Experience in international, multi-entity environments - significant advantage
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset-intensive industries - significant advantage
- Familiarity with SPV structures, ERP systems, and BI tools - significant advantage
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail and strong execution capabilities
- Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights
