About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise portfolio governance and execution monitoring
Manage and develop the PMO team
Coordinate and align Unit PMOs and ensure consistent reporting and methodologies
Maintain an enterprise view of priorities, milestones, risks and dependencies
Build and monitor execution of the CBOO workplan
Own and coordinate the Board Audit Committee workplan
Provide management with clear visibility on progress, risks, bottlenecks and required decisions
Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance, data, automation and AI-enabled capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in PMO, program/portfolio management or business operations
Experience managing a team and working with senior management across multiple functions
Strong project governance, planning, analytical and reporting skills
Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
Renewable energy, construction, infrastructure or water industry experience – preferred
Experience with Unit PMOs and/or Board/Audit Committee reporting – advantage
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data, automation or AI experience – advantage
Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
