About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and develop optimal financing solutions for Enlight's renewable energy projects across Europe
Build and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors and other financing partners
Lead financing negotiations and secure favorable commercial and financial terms
Manage project and corporate financing transactions, including negotiation of finance documentation based primarily on LMA standards
Coordinate due diligence and Conditions Precedent (CPs), and support the closing process
Develop and monitor detailed financing timelines and Gantt charts with project managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate workstreams required for financing execution
Develop, maintain and analyze complex financial models, including financial feasibility assessments and investment analyses
Support business development through financial modeling, transaction evaluation and economic analysis
Prepare financial forecasts, management presentations and analyses for strategic and business decisions
Support debt ratings, risk management and hedging activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance from a recognized university – required
Master's degree – an advantage
At least 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Project Finance – required
Previous experience in project finance, debt advisory, transaction services (Big 4 or consulting firm) or a project finance role within a corporate environment – required
Experience in the renewable energy sector – an advantage
Advanced Excel skills – required
VBA proficiency – an advantage
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal – required
Strong financial modeling, analytical and transaction execution capabilities
Ability to lead complex processes, manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across teams
Highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
