About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the main leader for projects from the Owner position of an independent power producer (IPP)
Synchronize stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
Oversee project construction and ensure alignment with company objectives and contractual obligations
Lead internal and external interfaces with partners, contractors, global equipment suppliers, service providers, owner’s engineers, legal teams, development teams, authorities, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
Maintain and follow up on project schedules, budgets, and cash flow
Identify improvement opportunities
Analyze key milestones, risks, and contractual exposures
Develop risk mitigation plans and proactive solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of previous experience in construction project management – a must; 15 years is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, or another relevant field – a must
High proficiency in all Office applications, including Excel
Fluent Polish and English
Must be located in Poland
Previous experience in renewable energy
Experience working in an Owner/Developer position is a significant advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent self-management, task prioritization, and parallel interface management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and conditions
Strong self-education skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic proactive approach
