About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading restructuring and turnaround situations in the German mid-market
Developing and consistently implementing restructuring and action programs
Ensuring liquidity and financing
Managing integrated business planning and short-term liquidity planning
Collaborating with banks, financing partners, shareholders, and other stakeholders
Supporting IDW S6, IBR, and, where applicable, near-insolvency situations
Implementing operational and financial restructuring measures
Leading management teams and managing critical decision-making processes
Assuming extensive operational responsibility
Working closely with enomyc partners and project teams
Taking responsibility in demanding transformation, turnaround, and crisis situations at mid-sized companies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience as a CRO, restructuring manager, CFO in a crisis situation, or restructuring advisor
Demonstrated restructuring and turnaround experience in the German mid-market
Extensive experience in liquidity management, integrated planning, and financing
Experience working with IDW S6 / IBR and the relevant stakeholders in a restructuring
Strong execution skills
Confident in working with executive management, shareholders, banks, and financing partners
Willingness to maintain a substantial on-site presence at client locations
Native-level German proficiency
Very good command of English
Availability at short notice and/or on a project basis as a self-employed Interim Manager
