About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct comprehensive market studies and competitive landscape analyses
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential targets
- Build and manage complex business models for corporate M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new product lines or businesses
- Support leadership in developing business strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and other teams to execute strategies
- Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Plan and support business integration or new business start-up projects
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and financial metrics
- Identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Assist in managing business risks, evaluating operational efficiencies, and implementing monitoring and auditing
- Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement
- Present findings and influence senior-level stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
- MBA strongly preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as strategy, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or operations
- Demonstrated experience conducting market studies and modeling businesses in support of corporate M&A
- Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience integrating acquisitions into existing businesses or supporting start-up activities for a new business
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Ability to collaborate, motivate cross-functional teams, and drive performance to achieve and exceed business targets
- Results-oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
