About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly support one of Enova’s core P&Ls
  • Work on projects that improve Enova’s operational performance and customer experience
  • Complete short-term impact projects such as automating business processes
  • Contribute to long-term strategic initiatives such as new product launches
  • Participate in the 10-week Enova internship program
  • Network with other interns through team outings, lunches, and events
  • Present summer project work at the end of the internship

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Acceptable graduation dates: December 2027 – June 2028
  • Local to the Chicagoland area or willing to relocate
  • Working toward an undergraduate or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative degree, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel modeling experience required
  • SQL proficiency preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to varied audiences
  • Experience working with broad cross-functional teams
  • Skills in negotiating, influencing, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects
  • Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
  • Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
