Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day operations and ensure accurate accounting for the Swiss group companies, including KTG and Rendement
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as VAT returns
Contribute to budgeting, group consolidation, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements
Develop meaningful financial and management reports using MS Power BI
Drive the digitalization and automation of financial processes
Actively help shape modern tools and systems
Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely financial accounting, as well as reliable reporting

What you’ll need

Swiss Federal Diploma of Advanced Studies in Finance and Accounting, or equivalent advanced training in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
Several years of experience in finance and accounting
Strong practical experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of financial processes
Willingness to further develop systems, data quality, and reporting structures
Proficient in Excel
Ideally, experience with MS Power BI, group accounting, and consolidation
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Willingness to take a hands-on approach
Confident communication skills in German and English
