About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide new blue-collar employees from contract signing through their start at the academy
- Coordinate the entire onboarding process
- Coordinate with the academy, trainers, fleet, warehouse, IT, Travel, Recruiting, and branch offices
- Ensure that the required hardware and software are available on time
- Support new employees in becoming operationally ready to work
- Serve as the point of contact for organizational questions related to starting the job
- Ensure information is communicated reliably
- Maintain master data
- Check residence and work permits for completeness and validity
- Keep track of ongoing onboarding processes and resolve outstanding issues on time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Organized and structured approach to work
- Careful and reliable handling of data, documents, and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people and departments from diverse backgrounds
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Confident, independent use of a PC and openness to new systems and tools
- Very good German skills
- Good English skills
- Willingness to work regularly on-site at the academy in Dahlewitz
- Willingness to work in Germany or valid authorization to work in Germany
