About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and develop interfaces and integrations connecting Salesforce solutions with other Salesforce solutions, external applications, and external partners.
  • Design integrations according to integration architecture standards, recommended best practices, scalability, performance expectations, and Salesforce system resources and limits.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect and technical teams to understand integration requirements and design the integration framework.
  • Define, design, develop, test, and deploy interfaces and integrations for Salesforce solutions.
  • Define integration test plans and test cases, and execute integration testing.
  • Set up required environments and coordinate with application teams to establish integrated development and testing environments.
  • Design and develop secure, scalable, high-performance interfaces within Salesforce platform limits.
  • Design and develop data load processes, point-to-point interfaces, and middleware-based integrations, including MuleSoft.
  • Establish guidelines and best practices for Salesforce interface design, development, and code/design reviews.
  • Support the design and development of pre-built solutions and processes.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of Salesforce integration technologies and solutions.
  • Conduct integration workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal and external teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Solid technical expertise in Salesforce integration products and solutions, Agentforce, and Salesforce DX.
  • Proven experience architecting robust, highly scalable Salesforce integration solutions with enterprise platforms, including MuleSoft, ERP, HCM, middleware, data warehousing, and BI/AI solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project delivery experience, including large-scale, end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers.
