About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Connections product strategy and roadmap, driving improvements in connection success, time to connect and device coverage
- Lead discovery with OEMs, aggregators, suppliers and customers to identify and validate new connectivity opportunities
- Drive international market readiness by assessing connectivity standards, regulations and localisation requirements
- Partner with Engineering to develop a scalable API and integration strategy
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and connectivity experience
- Expand supported device types, OEM integrations and overall market coverage
- Improve connection success rates and reduce time to connect
- Increase first-time connection success and reduce failed or inactive connections
- Develop scalable, reusable integration capabilities
- Build reliable connectivity services and a repeatable framework for international expansion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant Product Management experience leading API, integration, platform or connectivity-focused products in energy or comparable industries
- Experience working with connected hardware, IoT ecosystems or device integrations
- Strong understanding of technical and operational challenges
- Proven ability to shape product strategy across multiple markets
- Ability to balance customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives
- Strong discovery, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
- Track record of turning insight into impactful product outcomes
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Data teams
- Experience using data-driven approaches to prioritisation, experimentation and product delivery
