Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree or two-year degree preferred
  • Healthcare cash posting, registration, medical office, insurance, or billing background preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Some post-high-school education preferred
  • Must pass a typing test at 35 words per minute, error adjusted
  • Must pass a 10-key test at 10,000 KPM with greater than 95% accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
  • Revenue Cycle Proficiency test pass rate of 50% or above
  • Pass basic standard math test
  • Must demonstrate openness to innovation, including AI
  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
  • Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States
  • Must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
