About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day client operations for acute or physician revenue cycle activities
- Plan, develop, and implement policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Form and nurture client relationships while influencing and directing operations
- Ensure client performance expectations and results are consistently delivered
- Articulate plans with client deliverables, timelines, outcomes, and actions
- Monitor bad debt and process improvements in key areas
- Identify gaps in client support or performance and propose solutions
- Build relationships and organizational alignment and engage onsite operational teams to drive results
- Lead and participate in program-level meetings with stakeholders
- Work with CFO and client leadership on analysis, reporting, and service line development
- Communicate changes related to payer policies, contracting, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements
- Assist client leadership in understanding revenue cycle processes, metrics, tools, and reports
- Facilitate monthly client meetings covering operational performance, strategic initiatives, partnership opportunities, and escalated support needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience or expertise in acute or physician revenue cycle activities
- Knowledge of revenue cycle processes, metrics, tools, and reports
- Ability to understand and communicate payer policies, contracting, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements
- Ability to plan, develop, and implement policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Ability to analyze, report on, and improve client and operational performance
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships and influence operational decisions
- Ability to engage onsite operational teams and collaborate with CFO and client leadership
- Ability to monitor bad debt and identify gaps in client support or performance
- United States residency
- Authorization to work within the United States
