About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with physician practice leaders to improve revenue cycle and operational performance

  • Travel up to 75% within the assigned Central Virginia region
  • Work in a field role between clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of physician practice revenue cycle expertise, including patient access, denials, point-of-service collections, cash performance, and revenue cycle optimization
  • 3–5 years of experience leading physician practice operations as a Practice Manager, Practice Director, or similar operational leadership role
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, drive behavior change, and improve performance without direct reporting authority
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable operational improvements
  • Experience working within large, integrated healthcare systems or multi-site physician groups
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States
