About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise efforts to assess operational effectiveness and identify risk
- Improve consistency and performance across organizational functions
- Partner with senior leaders to evaluate operating models, policies, and processes
- Ensure operational practices align with organizational standards and strategic objectives
- Oversee operational assessment frameworks and review activities

- Provide executive-level insight and recommendations based on assessment findings
- Support implementation of improvement initiatives with operational leaders
- Oversee intake and triage of operational inquiries
- Clarify policy and process expectations and escalate complex or high-risk issues through appropriate governance channels
- Leverage data, reporting, and trend analysis to monitor outcomes, track progress, and drive continuous improvement in operational effectiveness and organizational readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside and be authorized to work within the United States
- Senior-level experience assessing operational effectiveness, risk, consistency, and performance across organizational functions
- Experience evaluating operating models, policies, processes, workflows, controls, and service delivery outcomes
- Experience developing and overseeing operational assessment frameworks and review activities
- Experience providing executive-level insights and recommendations
- Experience supporting implementation of operational improvement initiatives
- Experience overseeing intake and triage of operational inquiries
- Experience clarifying policy and process expectations and escalating complex or high-risk issues through governance channels
- Experience using data, reporting, and trend analysis to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement
