About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and execute a vision for information and analytics delivery to key stakeholders
  • Support acute back-end operations through coordinator work, KPI scorecards, executive status reporting, cash performance metrics, TIPS reporting, project coordination, and performance monitoring
  • Lead and attend stakeholder meetings to drive outcomes
  • Coordinate Acute Back End Operations Working on the Business items and ensure timely, accurate delivery
  • Compile and analyze Acute Backend scorecards for leadership review
  • Create executive summaries and net-new operational performance reports
  • Provide TIPS reporting, review, and analysis to leadership
  • Support operational leadership with centralized reporting needs and projects
  • Coordinate ad hoc requests from operations and executive leaders
  • Track SLAs, performance, communications, operating reviews, financial metrics, KPIs, and operational opportunities
  • Analyze financial and business performance against key metrics and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Establish monitoring and reporting controls and recommend process and tool improvements
  • Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, resources, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Prepare proformas for service-line and staffing-structure changes
  • Anticipate executive leadership needs through data gathering, reporting, document preparation, and ad hoc support
  • Research data nuances, identify patterns, quantify impacts, verify data accuracy, and propose solutions
  • Analyze variances and trends to identify problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 to 7 years of experience
  • CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with MS Access and Excel
  • Proficiency with Business Objects
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI
  • Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States
  • Must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
