About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization
  • Source, attract, and hire top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines
  • Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and professional networking
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate fit
  • Maintain organized and updated talent pipelines with timely follow-up
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics across all hiring stages
  • Collect, organize, and follow up on hiring manager feedback
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and leaders
  • Advise hiring managers on labor markets, candidate trends, and sourcing strategy
  • Promote a strong candidate experience through proactive communication and expectation setting
  • Support internal candidate processes for clarity and consistency
  • Ensure a consistent, compliant recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, corporate, or operational environments
  • Openness to innovation, including AI, to improve processes and patient and client experiences
  • Willingness and ability to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
  • Proficiency with Workday ATS
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to manage candidate flow, track progress, and follow established recruiting processes and compliance standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring leaders
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and standard recruiting practices
  • Familiarity with EEO guidelines, fair hiring standards, and general labor market trends
  • Ability to apply good judgment and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States
