About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer
- Plan and execute recurring internal and external events across Ensemble Performing Arts
- Build and run a multi-day Music School Owners Conference end to end
- Source venues, negotiate contracts, manage room blocks, and own the conference budget/P&L
- Design the conference agenda and sessions with ELT and Opus stakeholders
- Manage registration and attendee data in HubSpot
- Lead attendee acquisition campaigns with the marketing team
- Manage AV, F&B, production, signage, swag, run of show, and on-site execution
- Conduct post-event surveys, financial close, and create a repeatable conference playbook
- Own venue, travel, lodging, budget, vendors, meals, transport, evening programming, materials, and feedback for the all-company offsite
- Build the all-company offsite agenda with the ELT
- Own the demand-generation cadence for M&A/CDM webinars, including platform, registration, reminder sequences, and HubSpot integration
- Lead speaker preparation and dry runs with the CDM team and live production
- Hand off webinar follow-up into the CDM workflow and report through to screenings
- Run department offsites and internal gatherings using repeatable playbooks
- Own logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and scalable event templates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be available to attend the Ensemble Off-Site from October 19–21, 2026
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in event planning
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fully remote, fast-scaling environment
- Experienced, organized, and dynamic event manager
- Ability to plan and execute recurring events for internal and external groups
- Ability to manage venues, contracts, room blocks, budgets/P&L, vendors, registration, attendee data, and event logistics
- Experience with HubSpot
- Ability to lead attendee acquisition campaigns with marketing teams
- Ability to manage speaker preparation, dry runs, live production, and post-event reporting
- Ability to create repeatable processes, templates, playbooks, and scalable event operations
- Ability to operate as the main point of contact and represent event planning before senior leadership and School Leaders
