About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#
Build scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions supporting mission-critical healthcare workflows
Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering peers to define and deliver product capabilities
Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Design and optimize MongoDB data models, indexing strategies, and performance tuning solutions
Champion clean code, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver customer-focused enhancements and features
Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and internal microservices
Modernize systems, reduce technical debt, and improve platform performance and reliability
Use modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted development capabilities
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise
Contribute to engineering standards, development frameworks, and architectural best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET technologies
Deep expertise in C# and .NET application development
Strong experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning
Experience designing scalable, distributed, and maintainable enterprise applications
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and modern software design patterns
Experience with Git, source control best practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes and customer needs
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience building or supporting microservices-based architectures
Front-end development experience using React or Angular
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools
Experience with Azure DevOps
Healthcare technology or SaaS experience is a plus
