About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee complex cross-functional initiatives supporting Enterprise Bank & Trust strategic goals
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and risk standards
  • Coordinate stakeholders, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, provide management updates, and complete projects within budget and scope
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
  • Lead implementation of business-focused processes and projects
  • Track progress against goals, milestones, and performance indicators; provide regular status updates
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues
  • Collaborate with business partners and technology providers on implementation plans
  • Work with Learning and Development on training plans and delivery to drive adoption
  • Measure adoption rates and adjust processes and procedures as needed
  • Drive existing and new platform capabilities into the business
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and risk management standards
  • Drive change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project cycle
  • Continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in project management or other related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) at all levels of the organization
  • Manage vendor timelines and deliverables
  • Strong understanding of change management
  • Proven ability to make decisions with limited information
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Established understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outline, scope, budget, and timeline
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
  • High level of professionalism, accountability and integrity
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Strong skill in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Google Sheets
  • Project Management Software (i.e. MS Project, Asana, Etc.) is a plus
  • Certified Project Manager preferred
