About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to knowledge management, taxonomy development, and data management
Collaborate with senior project managers, senior consultants, and technical teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
Report project status, risks, and issues
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate communication and workflow
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports
Support development of client presentations and reports
Ensure adherence to project management and knowledge management best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

December 2026 college graduate
Must live within a comfortable commutable distance of the Arlington, Virginia office
Willingness to work on-site 3 days a week
No employer-sponsored immigration or employment authorization support; applicants requiring such support are not eligible
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Management, or a related field
Experience in project management or a related role; internships, co-ops, or coursework will be considered
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Passion for learning about knowledge management, taxonomies, semantic technologies, and data management
Basic understanding of knowledge management concepts, taxonomies, ontologies, and data structures
Interest in technology and consulting services
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project is a plus
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is an advantage
