About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
- Handle incoming lead calls to assess customer needs, cross-sell and upsell products, and present tailored insurance solutions
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, and claims inquiries while complying with procedures and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance client experiences
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Communicate professionally across phone, email, and chat channels
- Maintain active insurance licenses and complete ongoing education requirements
- Analyze client needs and recommend compliant insurance products
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently
- Use approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables
- Audit AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and hallucinations
- Protect proprietary and personally identifiable information from unauthorized AI models
- Craft clear, context-rich prompts for consistent, high-quality results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Resident Insurance Producer License required; may be obtained post-offer prior to start date
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in cross-selling and maintaining a client portfolio
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Experience with insurance software and CRM systems preferred
- Knowledge of property management or real estate industry preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Demonstrated success in cross-selling insurance products and maintaining an assigned book of business preferred
