About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor real-time customer authentications of bags and leather goods
- Review internal tests to ensure accuracy and consistency across brands, materials, and product categories
- Communicate with customers as needed to request additional information and support the authentication process
- Authenticate Entrupy’s supported bags and leather goods brands through studying Entrupy’s image-based data and intensive brand learning
- Accurately assess and tag each item to assist in the machine learning process and further train algorithms
- Meet and exceed SLAs through quality and efficient processing
- Report to the BLG Authentication Regional Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
- Comfortable gleaning information from large, often similar, sets of data
- Ability to monitor and analyze large amounts of data
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Tech savvy; experience utilizing internal information systems, Google Suite, Slack and other applications
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and hours outside Entrupy’s public online hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
