About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and propose digital and ERP-based solutions for Supply Chain business challenges
- Advise business stakeholders and promote best practices and technology adoption
- Drive process simplification, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Monitor external market and technology developments and assess business applicability
- Partner with Supply Chain leaders and SMEs to translate business strategy into system requirements
- Assess enhancement requests, define solution scope, estimate effort and cost, and ensure end-to-end process consistency
- Facilitate requirements workshops and design functional solutions
- Create and review functional designs covering processes, data models, functional logic, testing, authorizations, and operational support
- Coordinate solution design and development with architects, developers, and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with IT architecture, security, and governance standards
- Lead implementation of Supply Chain solutions and support user adoption
- Bridge business users and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop business cases, improvement proposals, project plans, and effort estimates
- Advise and support end users on Supply Chain systems and processes
- Support change management, rollout planning, governance, and solution adoption
- Challenge business requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Apply design thinking and engage senior management when decisions or alignment are required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Applied Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, ERP, Digital Solutions, Business Process Management, or a related functional domain
- Experience in SAP logistics/planning modules and SAP IBP
- Understanding of information architecture covering data, process, and IT
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Detailed knowledge of business processes within the applicable functional domain
- General knowledge of peripheral functional and technology domains
- Knowledge of Envalior ICT policies, baselines, strategies, and standards
- Collaboration skills to orchestrate activities with diverse stakeholders
- English communication skills, including presentation, discussion, and virtual engagement
- Drive and curiosity for new technologies and innovations, including Mobility, Analytics, Internet of Things, and cloud computing
