  • Lead the development of generative AI products used by creative professionals around the world

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced product leader who has owned strategy and roadmaps for customer facing digital products
  • Deep, hands-on fluency in generative AI and generative media
  • Understanding of models, APIs and emerging capabilities sufficient to work closely with technical teams
  • Active use of AI in product work
  • Understanding of creative professionals and creative work, including designers, filmmakers, editors and creators
  • Judgement to distinguish technically impressive AI output from genuinely useful output for finished professional work
  • Commercial mindset; comfortable using customer insight, data and experimentation to make decisions
  • Ability to connect product choices to adoption, retention, revenue and cost
  • Ability to lead through influence across Product, Design, Engineering, external partners and senior leaders, including Executives
  • Clear communication and comfort making decisions without an obvious answer
