About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of product initiatives and turn established strategy and priorities into clear, actionable work, then execute.
- Use customer insight, data and commercial context to navigate trade-offs, maintain delivery momentum and find smarter ways of working through AI, automation and agents.
- Execute with judgement and autonomy within an established product direction.
- Quickly understand complex product areas and turn product direction into customer-facing outcomes.
- Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams.
- Take complex initiatives from discovery and definition through launch, measurement and iteration.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous situations, make sensible decisions, identify issues early and keep work moving with limited oversight.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You’ve worked as a senior Product Manager in a SaaS, technology or digital product business.
- Enough experience to step into complex work without needing everything mapped out.
- Ability to take an initiative from an ambiguous starting point through to something shipped, measured and improved.
- Comfortable working with engineers and designers.
- Ability to make trade-offs when there isn’t a perfect answer and know when to make decisions independently versus involving others.
- Strong product judgement, customer empathy and commercial awareness.
- Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative evidence to make decisions.
- AI fluent and already using AI as part of how you think and work.
- Experience with GenAI products, AI-enabled experiences or agents is a bonus.
