About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner strategically with the Asset Entrepreneur, anticipating program inflection points and modeling backup and expansion scenarios
Help determine when to accelerate, pivot, or pause development-plan activities based on data and risk
Own program execution end-to-end as the COO of a single-asset biotech
Identify obstacles, coordinate across functions, rally CRO partners, and design alignment dashboards
Distill scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into analytical insights and options for the Board and C-suite
Prepare data-driven slides and memos
Maintain documentation, dashboards, trackers, and updates for asynchronous alignment
Document benchmarks, best practices, and learnings for Enveda’s institutional playbook
Support longitudinal asset development from IND-enabling studies through commercial strategy
Manage cross-functional operations with clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial experts
Select and manage external vendors, advisors, and strategic partners
Engage with investors and business development processes
Help develop scientific narratives for novel molecules
Contribute to company building and culture creation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio or asset strategy, management consulting, or operations
Fluent with AI and able to use it as a workflow multiplier
Ability to synthesize cross-disciplinary information into concise, data-supported slides and memos
Willingness to execute hands-on regardless of title
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move between strategic vision and tactical execution
Emotional intelligence, humility, and honesty
Intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor
