About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
Own and maintain the long-range financial planning model
Develop and maintain enterprise cash flow forecasts
Conduct enterprise revenue analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Build financial models for strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and operational improvements
Partner with Development and Operations on de novo and strategic growth analyses
Prepare executive-level financial analyses and presentations
Contribute to acquisition integration and value creation initiatives
Analyze financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to support planning and decision-making
Promote FP&A best practices
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of progressive FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting
Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, or similar systems preferred
Healthcare finance experience preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and business partnership skills
Adherence to Envision’s Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies
Attendance at annual Compliance training
Minimal travel expected
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
