About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead discovery activities, stakeholder workshops, and client engagements
- Translate client objectives into digital, data, and transformation outcomes
- Build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across stakeholder levels
- Assess operating models, processes, information, technology, and architecture landscapes
- Develop target-state architectures, operating models, data strategies, and implementation plans
- Identify opportunities involving data, analytics, AI, geospatial capabilities, and emerging technologies
- Support data governance, information management, data quality, and organisational adoption
- Produce presentations, reports, business cases, visual models, and strategic recommendations
- Lead or contribute to bids, proposals, and client growth opportunities
- Ensure high-quality outcomes and traceability from client challenges to realised benefits and value
- Work within a multidisciplinary team of consultants, architects, engineers, analysts, and domain specialists
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience within digital transformation, data, architecture, information management, analytics, AI, or a closely related field
- Experience in a consulting, advisory, or client-facing role
- Broad knowledge across digital and data disciplines, with demonstrable expertise in at least one specialist area
- Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous or complex requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery activities, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Strong understanding of business strategy, operating models, architecture, data, and technology
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC security clearance
- Desirable: experience in Defence, National Security, Intelligence, Central Government, or other highly regulated environments
- Desirable: experience supporting bids, proposals, business development activities, or consulting propositions
- Desirable: experience leading client engagements, workstreams, or multidisciplinary teams
