About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Envoy Global's core immigration case management platform
- Partner with architects and engineering leaders on technical direction, platform prioritization, scalability, and build-vs-buy decisions
- Establish and run platform governance forums and define platform health metrics
- Champion API-first and reusable-component thinking
- Own end-to-end product operations processes for planning, prioritization, shipping, and impact measurement
- Build and maintain roadmap reviews, quarterly planning, OKR setting, and release management across product lines
- Administer product tooling, workflows, and documentation standards
- Define and track operating metrics such as velocity, cycle time, roadmap predictability, adoption, NPS, and CSAT; report to executive stakeholders
- Run governance and business reviews, including Product Council, launch readiness reviews, and post-launch retrospectives
- Lead process re-engineering across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams; own product manager onboarding and enablement
- Translate immigration case management, compliance, and customer requirements into product strategy and prioritized roadmaps
- Lead customer interviews, competitive analysis, and pain-point mapping
- Manage and mentor product managers and product operations staff in a matrixed organization
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal Operations on go-to-market, pricing/packaging, and client delivery
- Deliver executive-level product demos and roadmap reviews to leadership and key clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years in product management, including several years in a senior/VP-level leadership role, ideally spanning both platform product management and product operations
- Track record owning a platform or shared-services product line and making build-vs-buy and prioritization calls in close partnership with architecture and engineering leadership
- Demonstrated success designing and running product operations frameworks, including planning cadences, governance forums, and operating metrics, inside a matrixed organization
- Experience in SaaS platforms serving regulated or compliance-sensitive domains is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills, including defining success metrics, analyzing performance data, and using data to drive roadmap trade-offs
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; proven ability to build consensus across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or equivalent experience a plus
