About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for supply, from source selection to supply assurance for final assembly and aftermarket
  • Orchestrate supply of products and services while balancing customer needs and EVIO’s financial performance
  • Structure resiliency, agility, and sustainability within the value stream
  • Formulate and implement the value stream’s sourcing strategy with Engineering and other stakeholders
  • Deliver on cost, quality, and timing objectives
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Oversee acquisition activities and associated costs for materials and services
  • Ensure materials and services meet technical specifications and sustainability criteria and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Improve inventory levels and manage logistics costs efficiently
  • Define and manage short- and long-term supply assurance processes and procedures
  • Support established production rates and aftermarket fulfilment targets
  • Identify and mitigate supplier, logistics, and market risks
  • Champion sustainable and ethical sourcing practices
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Value Stream team
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management in fast-paced aerospace environments
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong critical thinking and execution skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and solutions
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and risk management
  • Hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI) in a supply chain context for high-growth, high-complexity programs
  • History of solid cross-functional collaboration and a customer-centric mindset with external and internal customers
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Commitment to sustainability and experience implementing sustainable supply chain practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or Engineering
