About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full responsibility for onboarding new customers, including data entry, KYC checks, and technical setup in the relevant systems
Independently process incoming payment orders from customers, partners, and direct sales
Implement amendments to existing customer agreements in the relevant systems
Coordinate checks required under anti-money laundering regulations and obtain relevant business credit reports
Collaborate on projects with colleagues from Compliance, Sales, IT, and other specialist departments
Ensure high process and data quality
Help shape processes to make them transparent, efficient, and sustainable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience, ideally in an operational, process-oriented role; career changers are welcome
Structured, thorough, and reliable working style
Ability to maintain an overview even during periods of high workload
Strong sense of responsibility and a high level of quality and compliance awareness
Confident communication skills in German and English
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with ticketing or workflow systems, such as Jira, is a plus
