About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take responsibility for the further development of a scalable digital platform
- Play a key role in shaping the platform’s future development
- Identify opportunities for optimization and develop solution approaches with stakeholders
- Guide solutions through to implementation
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product requirements
- Strategically prioritize initiatives based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility
- Own and manage the product backlog
- Work closely with Development, UX/UI, and Product Management
- Further develop key product features and initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Ensure product quality, an excellent user experience, and business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in a comparable role within the digital product environment
- Passion for digital products and their continuous development
- Basic technical understanding
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams as an equal partner
- Experience structuring complex requirements and prioritizing product initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Very good command of German
- Good command of English
