About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own existing client relationships within ePayPolicy’s middle market customer base
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within an assigned book of business
- Represent ePayPolicy to clients and develop relationships across multiple levels of an account
- Lead internal problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive adoption, retention, and growth within assigned accounts
- Engage stakeholders and decision makers with product recommendations and creative solutions
- Build account plans and maintain client relationships through consistent engagement
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Work with internal partners to execute account-plan workstreams
- Share client feedback to improve the client experience and support product development
- Use CRM and reporting tools to work efficiently and track progress
- Proactively leverage approved enterprise AI tools while verifying outputs and safeguarding sensitive data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have previous sales experience
- At least two years of experience in a quota-carrying Sales or Account Management role
- Consistently hitting individual/team targets and driving revenue
- Experience working at a fast-paced SaaS company
- Familiarity with the insurance or payments industry is a plus
- Comfortable leading client discussions at various levels of an organization, including senior leadership
- Ability to develop and execute account plans based on client learnings
- Familiar with strategies for driving utilization on products and services to grow revenue at assigned accounts
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to thrive while working autonomously
- Customer-facing experience and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and use consistent organizational techniques
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be located in the Austin area or willing to relocate to Austin within 2–4 weeks
