About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation and maintenance of the Member Acceptance Report
Analyse member performance and key KPIs using Databricks
Prepare presentations and performance reports for management reviews and member meetings
Research and analyse shop system providers across Wero markets
Identify market trends, opportunities and potential partners
Support preparation of a shop system strategy paper by gathering market insights and developing recommendations
Monitor incentive and reward programmes, including KPI performance, incentive utilisation and budget consumption
Analyse Wero website performance and contribute to shop system-related content updates
Maintain accurate and consistent data across SharePoint and CRM systems
Support preparation and coordination of mailing campaigns
Participate in member meetings and contribute to follow-up activities
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across European markets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Additional European languages are a plus
Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Eager to learn, take initiative and contribute to a fast-growing European payment initiative
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful business insights
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work with data and prepare clear, structured presentations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting, data management and administrative tasks
Previous experience or academic exposure to data analysis tools such as Databricks, Power BI or similar platforms
Interest in the European payments industry, fintech, digital commerce or business strategy
