About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, execution, and continuous monitoring of EPI’s Growth Plan across all markets and use cases
  • Design and maintain a common growth-planning framework, including market sizing methodologies, growth levers, and KPI frameworks
  • Monitor strategic performance indicators and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
  • Coordinate the preparation and evolution of EPI’s business plan and long-term strategic outlook
  • Develop strategic recommendations for the Management Team
  • Translate analysis into clear executive materials
  • Support strategic studies related to corporate development and business expansion opportunities
  • Prepare high-impact materials for EPI’s Board of Directors and senior governance forums
  • Manage external advisors supporting activities within the scope of the role
  • Report to the General Secretary in the CEO Office
  • Partner with the Management Team, market teams, and cross-functional leaders across Europe
  • Coordinate with internal experts and external advisors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • +5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (Associate, Project Leader, or Engagement Manager level)
  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2)
  • French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus
  • Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Experience engaging senior executives and board-level audiences
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital platforms, or other regulated industries is a plus
  • Exposure to M&A, valuation, corporate finance, or broader strategic transactions is a plus
  • International experience working across multicultural environments
  • Must have reached at least an associate role in top-tier strategy consulting
