About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a mid-level/senior SAP SD Consultant
- Work with Sales and Distribution processes and Brazilian localization
- Provide services in an AMS / SAP Application Support environment
- Manage multiple clients, requests, priorities, and SLAs simultaneously
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems
- Investigate the root causes of issues rather than simply processing tickets
- Drive solutions in collaboration with clients and technical teams
- Interact with clients, users, technical teams, managers, and international teams
- Propose consulting solutions tailored to client scenarios
- Manage requests independently, with a sense of urgency, accountability, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as an SAP SD Consultant
- Proven experience in AMS / SAP Application Support
- Experience supporting multiple clients
- Experience managing different requests, priorities, and SLAs simultaneously / Incident Management
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes in ECC and S/4HANA
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems
- Knowledge of Sales Orders
- Knowledge of Pricing
- Knowledge of Delivery and Shipping
- Knowledge of Billing
- Fluent English, with the ability to participate in meetings and interact directly with international teams and clients
- Knowledge of Tax Reform regulations
- Availability to provide services during business hours
