About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and guide customers through a successful launch with the ChatCaptain chat and voicebot platform
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for customers
- Independently configure customer processes
- Monitor how customers use the platform and provide ongoing support
- Gather customer requests and feedback and contribute to platform optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customers
- Ideally, experience in B2B and/or SaaS
- Experience with process modeling tools
- IT background and experience working with APIs and integrations
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex challenges
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good command of German and English
