About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, Individual Service Plans (ISPs), quarterly reviews, Service Authorization Requests (SARs), progress notes, and discharge documentation
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency, payer, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality service delivery and continuity of care
  • Assist individuals in identifying treatment goals and participating in treatment planning processes
  • Support authorization, reauthorization, and audit activities through the preparation and maintenance of clinical records
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical, professional, and organizational standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, and completing behavioral health documentation
  • Knowledge of DBHDS, DMAS, Medicaid, and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Strong written communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
